So many puns I want to make using the words “excellent” or “exactly.” Must resist.

A couple days ago, I found myself longing for the frozen custard from the small ice cream stand we used to live near and after searching recipes for a while, I struck upon a really good one. Then, I noticed there were more dessert recipes that looked good. And more good-looking non-dessert recipes on another page. I probably looked around for 15 minutes before I thought to check on where my Googling had landed me.
I know! I was as surprised as you are.
The recipes all seem pretty decent, although in some cases, horribly named (e.g. I cannot accept a recipe called Kris Kringle’s Kasserole in an unironic fashion). The photographed step-by-step directions under Basic Preparation are something I think I have always needed without ever knowing it.
The rest of the site is fairly uninteresting (AEB is funded from a national legislative checkoff on all zzzzzzz…) although I admit I do really enjoy the Egg Chef on the Kids & Family page:
He’s got a chef’s hat! And a dapper Poirot-like moustache! And a gold medal for… achievements in… cannibalism?
