The tasting map is up! [PDF] It looks like there are slightly less places participating this time around — 48 this time, and I think last time it was 55.
If you want to meet up with the Gezellig-Gang, we’ll be at the information kiosk (the i in the top left corner of the tasting map), at 1pm. Look for this bag, slung on the back of a stroller:

Places I hope to visit this time around:
- Peking Duck House
- Nice One Bakery
- Mr. Tang of Mott St.
- Tasty Dumpling
- Sanur Restaurant
- Pho Viet Huong
- Fa Guo San
- Bangkok Grocery (even though we went there last time)
- Hsin Wong
- Fong Inn Too
Places I recommend you visit:
- A Chau Deli
- Aji Ichiban
- Bangkok Grocery
- BIG WONG KING (last year’s winner)
- Fay Da Bakery
- Fried Dumplings
- New Beef King
- Teariffic Café
See you there!

I’m so jealous. The hub and I don’t arrive until 5/2. I guess I’ll have to make up my own taste of Chinatown. I’ll skip the tripe, though, if you’re not offended.
Looking forward to the reviews.
The tripe place is one of the restaurants not on this year’s list.
I, for one, will not miss them.
Hope your Taste of Chinatown tour went well, Kristen. What a wonderful idea, and how cool of you to organize it! If I lived in New york, I would have totally been there.
Hope you enjoyed ToC Sping 2007 yesterday! I love your blog RE the writing & comments…so cool & true. Obviously you love food, & love ToC as well I guess? I’m glad to know it. I’m a food fan myself & unfortunately, I’m the event planner from the 1st ToC to present. Let me know of your opinion…Thanks Kristen
