    Would they grow okay all smushed together like that? Do you have to repot them? It looks like a little “much” to me.

    They’re hydroponic, so I think that eliminates the need for repotting. I saw one upstairs at Zabar’s and the light is fairly intense. I also read that there’s a recommended arrangement of plants so the taller ones don’t overshadow the smaller ones.

    They just seem a little stubby and crowded, if you used one for one dish, you pretty much take out the whole plant. I’ve seen the container and it is not that big.

    I read something about this on Salon not that long ago. We’re cosmic twins or something; I really want to start growing my own herbs.

    Man, now I want that thing twice as much.

    I had a dozen lovely, thriving herb plants in the first apartment I ever had, and I thought I was just freakin’ Gaia incarnate. Then I moved… and I realized it’s impossible to kill plants when you live in what was basically a greenhouse.

    So, now I’m looking for alternative plant growing options.
