A couple days ago, someone mentioned how her husband thought she should do a post on her blog about how Twitter keeps her from writing posts on her blog. And honestly, it’s true for me as well. Truth be told, I find Twitter more of a challenge than writing a blog. Anyone can natter on [...] Harold McGee, who sounds like the protagonist in a Dr. Seuss book, has written this absolutely lovely article on making yogurt. It’s not only loaded with yogurt fermentation science (which I love), but it’s also got this sweet lyrical touches with little phrases like “the apple-freshness of yogurt.” [sigh!] Share Sometimes, when things get busy, I start writing a post then abandon it, often forgetting what my point was going to be in the first place.
